Rustic's pizza crust is thin in the middle and golden brown with bubbles around the rim.  A slice folds easily. The tip of the slice folds over weighed down by delicious  cheese.  The sauce is made with whole tomatoes seasoned with a secret collection of other spices. A special east-coast blend of mozzarella is liberally applied. All stringy and delicious. The pizza is baked at *** degrees. Shhh! This is a trade secret.  A whole pie is quite large  (20 inches) and is cut into eight slices. Topped with choice of pepperoni, veggies, sausage, Hawaiian or other fresh ingredients.
